3. Start a Return

Reason for return (e.g., sizing issue, defect, no longer needed)

Photos if item is defective or incorrect
We will reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and instructions.
4. Refund Details
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error
5. Return Shipping Costs

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. If you’d like a different model or finish, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the preferred unit.
